Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to the cart and proceed to checkout. After checkout, you will be redirected (punchout) to the GPP page, where the order must be finalized. Once this step is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Orders are delivered exclusively against invoice. Payment during the ordering process on our website is not possible and not required. For individual payment terms, please contact our Sales Team
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before your order is shipped. Cancellations must always be submitted in writing.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Can I pick up my order in person?

What is your return policy?
